Jin Oh is a Singaporean composer, sound artist and guqin player that is based in Finland. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Composition in Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki (2023) and his Diploma in composition at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, University of Singapore (2016). He is currently continuing his Master of music in composition at the Sibelius Academy. Being trained in both Chinese and Western traditions, his artistic research projects explores the hybridity of music.

He was recently featured in the Rising Artist 10th Anniversary of the ShangHai International Arts Festival (2023), as well as Ung Nordisk Musik Iceland (2022).

As a composer and sound artist, he has received guidance from professors such as: Veli-Matti Puumala (Finland), Tapio Tuomela (Finland), Sami Klemola (Finland), Alejandro Montes de Oca (Finland/Mexico), Thierry Lancino (France), Zechariah Goh Toh Chai (Singapore), Joyce Koh (Singapore) and Chihchun Chi-sun Lee (Taiwan/Korea).

He has also worked with ensembles such as Grammy nominee, Uusinta Ensemble (Finland), Zagros Ensemble (Finland), Elja Ensemble (Iceland), Philharmonic Winds (Singapore) and was also featured in the Singapore Symphony Orchestra produced series: Soundbites.
